Meeting purpose会议目的：

随着中国二胎政策的开放，国内产科事业蓬勃发展的同时也面临越来越多的产科危急重症情况的发生，尤其是产科医生在高风险、高强度的工作压力下如何更好的管理科室、如何更规范化的处理紧急状况、做好与各科室的协调工作等问题也日趋重要。目前，国内的多家产科模拟培训基地均以国内一线教学医院的规范化处理作为培训标准，也有部分引进国外的培训技术力量，以期提高国内产科医生的临床水平，但其模拟培训的标准、要求并不统一，培训模式也不尽相同。

近年来，中国产科界与国际产科学术界进行交流的机会越来越多，各类文章在海外发表的也很多。然而，绝大多数的情况都是海外的医生来国内进行交流，真正走出去的、拥有国际影响力的产科医生并不多。而本次会议的目的，不仅仅是增进国内外产科界的交流，而是真正意义上的让产科医生走出国门开拓视野，感受海外医疗的学术氛围。

本次会议的主办方之一美国班纳医学中心作为亚利桑那州最大的医院，同样是全美知名度非常高的教学医院。该中心在高危产科领域、临床模拟培训方面有着卓越成绩。本次会议将通过该中心的模拟培训基地让国内的产科医生真正接触美国的产科培训方法、深入了解美国在产科领域的临床思维模式、学习其产科模拟培训及多中心协作模式，让产科医生们真正的跨出国门，去感受去接触海外医疗的人文、技术、临床、思维、硬件、软件以及管理模式等等众多方面，去发现去理解国内现有的培训、模拟、管理等模式与美国的区别，与国际通用模式之间的差异，也让更多的海外医生更直观的了解中国产科界的现状、技术、培训等等，以期让中国的产科医生们真正与国际接轨，改进现有模式，共同交流促进，为繁荣中国产科，为中国产科界迈向国际并在国际上拥有更多的话语权而努力。

The state’s largest hospital, part of the Banner Health system, is an important clinical education site for the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. With some 733 beds, Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly Banner Good Samaritan) has served the area for more than 100 years and is known as a top teaching hospital. Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix has an acknowledged unit for high-risk obstetrics, the Cavanagh Heart Center, a renowned transplant team and specialty units such as the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute on the central Phoenix campus.

广州（市）妇产科研究所始建于1989年，依托广州医科大学附属第三医院。经过二十几年的发展，妇研所已成为集临床、科研、教学于一体，拥有国内妇产科先进临床诊治水平、科研力量雄厚、教学成果显著的教学科研基地，以重症孕产妇临床救治与围产医学、生殖与遗传、妇科肿瘤为三大研究方向，形成重症孕产妇综合救治、人类辅助生殖、妇科肿瘤诊治、妇科腔镜及盆底诊治四大技术特色。拥有广东省产科产科重大疾病重点实验室、广东省普通高校生殖与遗传重点实验室、广东省生殖医学重点实验室、广州重症孕产妇救治中心、广东省产前诊断中心、广东省女性盆底功能障碍诊治中心、广东省司法鉴定中心等多个医疗和研究机构。所内设立广州重症孕产妇救治中心、产科、妇科、胎儿医学中心、生殖医学中心、法医物证司法鉴定所、实验部等科室。拥有床位280张，2015年年分娩量达7072例。

The Institute was established in 1989, supported by the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.  After over 20 years development, it intergrates clinical, scientific research and teaching.  The institute is acknowledged for critical pregnant treatment, reproduction, gynecological oncology, gynecological laparoscopy and pelvic floor rehabilitation, with 280 beds.  In 2015, 7072 babies are delivered here.

上海市第一妇婴保健院

Shanghai First Maternity & Infant Hospital

上海市第一妇婴保健院创建于1947 年2 月，是我国最早成立的省市级妇幼保健院之一。医院设有三个院区，共630张床位。拥有“卫生部四级妇科内镜诊疗技术培训基地”、“上海市危重新生儿会诊抢救中心”、“上海市产前诊断中心”。在围产保健、产前诊断、危重孕产妇救治、早产儿救治、不孕不育诊治、妇科微创、妇科肿瘤综合治疗、妇科泌尿和盆底重建诊疗领域处于先进水平。2016 年，医院分娩量逾3.3 万，居全市首位；妇科住院手术万余例，居上海市前列。

The hospital was founded in Feburary 1947, Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital (FMIH) is one of the earliest-established municipal maternity and infant hospitals in Shanghai. The hospital has three branches with 630 beds. In 2016, the number of births in our hospital exceeded 33 thousand ranking as the first in Shanghai; and number of surgeries over 10  thousand, ranking front row in Shanghai.

The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University

重庆医科大学附属第一医院于1957年由原上海第一医学院（现复旦大学）附属医院分迁来渝创建，历经50余年的建设和发展，已成为全国首批“三级甲等医院”和重庆市影响力最大、设备最先进、技术实力最强，融医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健及涉外医疗为一体的重点大型综合性教学医院。院本部开设临床科室35个，医技科室8个，现有编制床位3200张。

The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was founded in 1957 by the First Shanghai Medical University (currently, renamed “Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University”) in Chongqing. The main hospital has 35 clinical divisions, 8 medico-technical divisions, 3200 authorized beds. It served about 3,257,000 outpatients and 141,000 in-patients, finishes 107,000 surgical operations in 2016.

The Program 会议主旨：

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Guangzhou Institute of Obstetrics & Gynecology，Guangzhou Medical Centre for Critical Pregnant Women，Shanghai First Maternity & Infant Hospital and The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University are proud to offer an innovative and integrated program that will address essential learning in the discipline of critical care obstetrics. Pre-recorded digital didactic sessions (to be studied by participants before the symposium and accessible for one year following the symposium), virtual online didactics and simulations, case-based facilitated group learning and bedside preceptor-directed simulation drills form the basis for this progressive, hands-on, original program.  It will help the communication between China & US.

凤凰城医学院班纳医学中心、美国母胎医学会、广州医科大学附属第三医院、广州妇产科研究所、广州重症孕产妇救治中心、上海市第一妇婴保健院和重庆医科大学附属第一医院联合举办第一届美中产科重症监护及急救处理研讨会。本次会议将为中美的产科医生提供一个集产科创新前沿技术和产科危重症及急救护理实操模拟的学习研讨交流平台。会议的教学模式多样且先进，将充分运用视频、网络虚拟模拟教学、实际案例团队模拟实操训练、亲身实践及实际案例分析研讨等多种方式为中美医生提供充分的学习研讨内容，共同促进中美医生的互相交流和学习。

The educational materials (on-line video and PowerPoint presentations), case discussions and bedside skills/simulations by the symposium faculty will help participants face the challenging world of obstetrics and better equip them to handle emergency situations. The faculty is currently investigating the use of virtual reality models for this year’s program.

会议的教学内容（视频及PPT），案例分析讨论，临床技能模拟培训将帮助与会者提高在紧急状况下的处理技能以及在面临更广泛的产科重症问题时的处理能力。在今年的会议计划中，主办方将运用更先进的虚拟实践模拟方式进行培训。

At the end of this Symposium attendees will understand the physiology of pregnancy, how pregnancy uniquely creates risk for mild and severe maternal complications, and the care and treatment for multiple critical care conditions in pregnancy including:
